A decadent feast to follow… Vegetable paella | Duo of grilled sweet potato and butternut with garlic and rosemary butter | Traditional roast potatoes | Pineapple and cherry glazed gammon with apple sauce, cranberry sauce and gravy | Roast turkey served with devils on horseback and stuffing | Rare roasted sirloin with horseradish cream | Venison stew with chocolate sauce

A little  gratification… Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy custard accompanied by ball of berry sorbet with a shot of Advocaat
