The great thing about yoga is that you don't have to be in a yoga studio to do it. You can practise yoga and stay active in the garden, on the balcony or inside the home.
MOBILE YOGA GOES ONLINE
To stay active during this lockdown period, Om Revolution has released daily online yoga classes to keep you centred, moving and motivated.
You can interact and engage with experienced instructors that offer a variety of exercises - from meditation sessions to challenging Power classes. The new online class schedule will help strengthen muscles and increase flexibility as well as reduce anxiety from the comfort of your home.
Om Revolution will be offering the following online classes:
The instructors who will be leading these live yoga flows are Angela Holderness, Leane Ungerer-Fourie, Lee-Ann Elliott and Tanya Shiels. You can also book private classes with these instructors if you're looking for more one-on-one attention.
SCHEDULE IN MOVING WITH A PURPOSE
There are group classes available every day of the week, including weekends, and each session has 100 slots available so advanced booking is still encouraged.
You can make use of a month-long class pass that's R300 for access to five classes or R400 for unlimited access, or you can pay R80 per class. Check out the group classes schedule on the Om Revolution website.
