Find zen and learn about nutritious food to help you keep your body in top shape

If you’re anything like us, you’ve been slacking on that treadmill at the gym, it’s winter so who cares right? Well it’s not going to be winter much longer, and you need to make inroads on that summer body. So, why don’t you take this chance to collect your zen and revive your fitness at the Greyton Trail & Yoga weekend retreat with Off The Couch Co. and Greyton EcoLodge.
