With a fresh, new jazz line-up in 2020, the Radisson Red Hotel is bringing Cape Town's young and gifted trumpeter Muneeb Herman to their stage on 28 February.
MUNEEB'S MUSIC CAREER
Starting his career off in the Cape Minstrel fraternity at the young age of 11, Muneeb has now become a sought after regular on the Cape Town jazz scene.
In the past, he has shared the stage with fellow musical icons such as Mark Fransman, Errol Dyers, Tete Mbambisa, Caiphus Semenya, Buddy Wells and Jammie Callum.
Now, Muneeb plans to headline with his own long-awaited music playing alongside other household musical names such as Justin Bellairs on alto sax, Blake Hellaby on keys, Stephen de Souza on double bass, and Kurt Bowers on drums.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT
Muneeb's musical mission is to find a sound that embodies the origins and future of jazz married with the sound of Africa, his home.
Settle in and unwind with your favourite drink and delicious food whilst listening to his original new songs.
