For dancers, fitness enthusiasts or anyone curious about a gentler form of workout, join in on the next therapeutic dance class hosted by NIA dance studios on 28 May at 9 am.
Inge Madden will lead you through gentle and personalised dance movements. Each movement is aimed to help facilitate the healing of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. By the end of the class, each participant should feel more stable and comfortable in their day to day life.
