Move to feel good with an online therapeutic dance class
Heal your body with gentle and personalized movements
For dancers, fitness enthusiasts or anyone curious about a gentler form of workout, join in on the next therapeutic dance class hosted by NIA dance studios on 28 May at 9 am.
PERSONALISED MOVEMENTS
Inge Madden will lead you through gentle and personalised dance movements. Each movement is aimed to help facilitate the healing of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. By the end of the class, each participant should feel more stable and comfortable in their day to day life.

Everybody is welcome to join the next class taking place Thursday, 28 May at 9 am. The class takes place via Zoom. You can secure your spot and receive details by sending an email to coaching@ingemadden.com.
