There are two to four meeting rooms and boardrooms at each of the Ideas Cartels spaces across the Western Cape, each of which accommodate from two to 20 people, and have uncapped fibre (with back-up power at all locations), a video display on 55” TV, connectivity adapters for Mac and PC, cleaning services, plus catering on request.

You can rent a boardroom by the hour, starting from R350 to something more bespoke, and you can have the whole space to yourself and your team for the day or week. 

Meeting and Zoom rooms cost R100 per hour – you’ll get 50% off if you’re an Ideas Cartel office or coworking member.

In all Ideas Cartel buildings you also have the options of an office suite, casual co-working spaces and fixed hot desks, all of which you can rent weekly or monthly, whatever works conveniently for you.
