This pop up restaurant in town only seats 30. Rose’s Table is an exclusive dining experience that happens once a month at RED! Gallery, offering guests two culturally-infused evenings – casual First Thursdays with canapés and a 4-course dining experience on First Fridays.
Rose’s Table is located around the corner from Bree Street – a First Thursdays hub. Image: Rose’s Table
Chef Hero Rose, a 25 year old private chef known for his work at Chefs Warehouse, is the culinary mastermind. He intends to create a sensory cultural experience with vintage decor and live acts from artists and musicians, while being surrounded by colourful artworks.
The long tables create an intimate atmosphere where strangers dine like a family – giving guests the opportunity to meet new people, young and old, and walk away as friends.

The exclusive dining experience, which only seats 30 people, occurs every First Friday. Guests can look forward to fusion cuisine, with two canapés and a 4-course menu and wine pairing. Each experience will have its own unique menu, changing every month.
