Functional Performance Lab’s signature functional training classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm until 6:30pm. They consist of a combination of kickboxing drills and integrated movement training. It’s ideal for general fitness, weight loss and for improving functional strength, speed and mobility. Suitable for anyone.
At FPL, they provide supervised tailored workouts using their unconventional, but effective training methods to help you achieve your fitness goals. Unlike your average gym, they view the body as an integrated unit, where different parts of the body need to work together in order to function correctly.
