Cook 3-course meals with the Kitchen Collective

From basics to brilliance, master the art of Italian and Indian-inspired cooking

The Kitchen Collective is hosting a series of virtual cooking classes that no budding chef would want to miss. From mastering the kitchen basics to dishing up authentic Indian and Italian three-course meals, join chef Kim from the comfort of your own kitchen between 24 June to 5 August.

FROM BUDDING CHEF TO HOME COOK PRO
The Kitchen Collective is offering a brand new class every second Wednesday from June to August. Follow along as chef Kim takes you through two Basics to Brilliance classes where you’ll learn to master a classic fish pie with crushed potatoes, halloumi phyllo cigars with honey and nuts, a decadent ricotta cake and more.

TAKE IT UP A NOTCH
Once you've nailed the basics, put your new-found skills to the test with two Italian and Indian-inspired classes. Bring the Italian flavours home with a Tuscan white bean and rosemary ribollita soup, an aubergine parmigiana as well as individual tiramisu cheesecakes. You can also get to know the complex flavours of Indian cuisine with potato samosas, an authentic butter chicken curry and sambals with fragrant rice.

PREPARE YOUR KITCHEN
Before each class, you will receive a recipe, a prep-list and a self-shop ingredient list to cook alongside a fully-trained instructor. You can also join the class 15 minutes early to mingle with your fellow classmates over Zoom.

FIND MORE CUISINES TO MASTER
In case you’ve missed a class, the Kitchen Collective is offering a bundle-pack voucher special on any four virtual classes for the rest of the year. To purchase your four-pack bundle, send an email directly to info@kitchencollective.co.za

To secure your spot for a once-off class, book via activitybridge.com for Basics to Brilliance on 24 June, Italian-inspired cooking class on 8 July, Basics to Brilliance on 22 July and Indian-inspired cooking class on 5 August
