Starters: Norwegian Salmon Gravadlax served with Puff Pastry Parmesan Biscuit OR Tomato & Ricotta Tartlet On Parmesan & Rocket Salad.

Main Course: Christmas Platter of Roasted Turkey, Honey Glazed Baked Gammon, Cranberry Sauce, Bread Stuffing, Roasted Vegetables and Roast Potatoes OR Rack of Lamb With Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sauce, Vegetable Phyllo Pastry Strudel and Potato Dauphinoise OR Porcini Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto with Goats Cheese.

Desserts: Christmas Pudding Parfait With Pecan Tuille OR Christmas Platter of Mini Mince Pie, Blueberry Crème Brulee, Apple & Cinnamon Strudel and Chocolate Truffle.
