Freedom Friends are hosting heartfelt yoga sessions on the lawns at the V&A’s Battery Park precinct. The open-air yoga experiences happen twice every week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm, weather permitting.
FREEDOM FRIENDS
Freedom Friends is a group of friends who want to build a stronger, fresher and more balanced group while having an amazing time.
THE TEACHERS AND THE CLASSES
Classes will be led by experienced vinyasa yoga teacher Kafui Awoonor and/or other special guests such as Deidré Baatjes, Stevie Hiscock, and Nisreen Ismail. You can also expect a few more surprises such as general movement classes and Zumba classes. The schedule changes all the time, and it's all about getting out and being active.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 6pm
FREE AND DONATION-BASED
It’s free to attend these yoga sessions, but donations are welcome to help cover overhead costs. Mats are available for hire at R30.
